The double-layer outer skin is made with geometric patterns that reflect ancient Indian culture while also creating a ventilation space. This skin also controls how much sunlight enters the building, thereby passively cooling [2] the interior and creating a very comforting space.

No ordinary vertical garden, the 20 storey “green lung” is composed of a variety of mostly drought-resistant plant species. These include floral and herbaceous plants, as well as ivy and ferns. More than just an IT campus, Spiretec is set to become a central hub for the greater Noida region – an invigorating, fresh green space [3] that also combines all of the amenities of modern life.
