Iluminata is a modern lamp made with yogurt bottles from a school dining hall. Designed by Basurata Chan, it’s made with simple tools: a stapler and a cutter. The resulting light fixture is so refined that it’s hard to believe it’s made from garbage!

I like how this design is deceptively simple yet the light projects through with wonderful lovely. I also love how it lends itself to a great range of size and shape of light fixture without losing any of its charm. I could just see one running the length of a ceiling!
