Tom Fereday’s Sakana light is an LED powered ceiling light which uses fibre optic lighting in conjunction with re-cycled packaging to create a distinctive and elegant lighting design. The Sakana light comprises of 25 independent light units arranged in a splaying formation to create a circular array of lights. The design for this light emerged from exploration into appropriate ways of reusing packaging products and materials.
