		<description>well the idea, i think, is to not produce this but to have owners of pre-existing light bulbs make it for themselves. it would be a huge eco-plunder with recycling, processing, shipping and packaging if people were supposed to send their light bulbs in to a place for post production and transportation. that would be a humongous waste of energy and resources.</description>
