		<description>I have seen a few organizations encouraging the requirement to be clear about the ingredients in foods, and this is an excellent example for my family.  My son is sensitive to tomato, so while I&#039;m glad carmine will be phased out, we&#039;re going to have to be wary around red colourings as long as they are not specified.</description>
