House of Furniture Parts is an exploration into multifunctional architecture, furniture and storage. Designed by Rotterdam-based Studio Makkink & Bey for Droog, the project is a shelter envisioned for a larger indoor space. CNC cut sheets of plywood store pieces and parts for a variety of benches, stools and tables. Labeled and ready for assembly, the parts can be removed from the wall and made into whatever furniture is needed for an event—be it a meeting, a talk, a work session or play.
