Your home may be filled with energy – and water- efficient appliances, but a new study says that no matter how much you may be saving, the harm is already done. According to a paper published in the latest issue of Building Resources and Information , the embodied consumption of water in goods and services is far more significant that anything you’ll ever let spout from the tap.
