Super Slim Outdoors Indoors Home in Japan is Capped with a Rock Climbing Wall

With only 36 m2 to work with, the design team gave this home a vertical lift. The street is not visible from outside, which shuts out a lot of light, though the open, tapered roof compensates for this by pushing daylight [1] throughout the well-ventilated building. True to Japanese form, this home is furnished with bare minimalism [2], but it still manages to encourage community and fun in this residential neighborhood.
