Sweatshop protestors took advantage of the massive crowds descending upon London’s Olympic Park Sunday, and used a building overlooking the park to show a video criticizing Adidas for its alleged worker exploitation. Over 80,000 spectators leaving the men’s 100 meters final were met with War on Want‘s 65-foot-tall projection detailing the low wages, abysmal conditions, and physical and verbal abuse facing nearly 775,000 workers in 1,200 Adidas-contracted factories worldwide.
