The home was carefully oriented to ensure that electromagnetic lines irradiating low intensity gamma rays do not penetrate the interior while extensive glazing permits plenty of natural lighting. And the interior functions were designed to correspond with the four cardinal points.

The swirling green roof creates continuity between the house and its surrounding landscape, as well as insulation for the interior. Finally, the main door of the house was situated in such as way to attract chi, the vital energy, that is distributed equally throughout the home.
