Hikender is right here...
everything that is said is true, the fact that they showed the car being pushed up to a power outlet is just to set up to show how weak an idea a battery powered car is, from a users point, not to mention the vast resources used to make 3000 batteries... also if you are to take that particular episode as a whole and not just this piece on its own, you can see how this piece is used to highlight issues with battery powered cars before introducing the honda clarity which is a hydrogen powered car, and how it really shows a better way forward on the entire green motoring issues...
also just a thought, not seen to many of theses motors about, think maybe they need the money a law suit might provide...

Thing is... nothing that Top Gear said was untrue. Both cars ran into issues, either power or heating or breaking issues. Sure, they played it up to make it more interesting to the viewer, but it's a TV show... that's what they're supposed to do.

Also, the three hosts do NOT make up "The Stig"... The Stig is an entirely separate character in the show.

Litigious hacks. Stick to making cars and let the comedians have their fun. Like anyone really takes Jeremy Clarkson seriously for car buying suggestions?
