		<description>Texas&#039; concern for its &quot;natural beauty&quot; evokes mix reactions.  It&#039;s frustrating to have all that green energy and not get to it.  It&#039;s a tough challenge for the wind turbine power sector -- this lack of decent infrastructure.  The solution may be in the science of it  -- maybe a retrofit of existing power lines, maybe in another direction altogether.  There is a need to keep looking.</description>
