The 2011 Architecture and the City Festival Kicks Off Next Week!

Calling all San Francisco Bay Area [4] architecture enthusiasts! Next week marks the launch of the AIASF [5]‘s 2011 Architecture and the City Festival [6]. Filled with awesome tours, new green projects, riveting talks and a whole slew of fun activities, this month-long festival is one of our favorite annual events and we’ll be all over the scene snapping up photos and chatting green design. But while there’s plenty of space to take part, spots do fill up quickly every year, so make sure you’re all signed up and registered [7] for any event [8] that piques your interest. And as an extra bit of San Fran fun, the AIASF [5] is also extending an invitation to their opening night party [9] at the San Francisco Design Center [10], August 26, 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Entry is $10 and there will be plenty of cocktails, food, music, and above all, inspiration!
