Located in the heart of the bustling metropolis of Istanbul, the Agoras Project is a green oasis and a sea of calm amongst urban sprawl. This mixed-use residential development offers up different sized flats to appeal to various budgets and family types. Included in the development is a shopping mall, 14 cinemas, a fitness center, restaurants, and numerous cafes and shops – designed so residents would not have to travel too far from home for daily basic needs.
Each of the residential towers have been strategically sited so as to not block any apartment views of the courtyard or the surrounding areas. Apartments have been oriented to face the south in order to maximize natural light during the day. Garden terraces, green courtyards, and vertical green spaces are connected directly to the residences to give way to a more thoughtful connection to the natural environment. Additionally, solar power and rain water collection systems are active green strategies helping to minimize the environmental impact of the development.
