Raptors are remarkable birds! Did you know that a Peregrine Falcon can fly as fast as a Formula One race car? Or that Great Horned Owls can carry prey several times heavier than themselves? Make it a point to get outside and see birds of prey this fall. The Audubon Society has created a crowdsourced raptor map that features hundreds of places in North and South America where people can both post and find places to enjoy raptor sightings.
