This beautiful Bayou Luminescence installation by IsssStudio and PATH was one of ten projects commissioned by the American Institute of Architects in New Orleans, and quite frankly, one of the most intriguing. Made of a synthetic urethane rubber skin etched with mesmerizing geometric patterns and stretched over a steel frame, the conjoining lantern is large enough to walk into and glows from within.
