San Francisco’s Dogpatch [5] neighborhood is experiencing a renaissance, and the Potrero Launch [6] is a new residential building that will be a landmark part of the revitalization efforts. Scheduled for completion this summer, this $80 million LEED Gold [7]project, built on a former brownfield site, is bringing over 150 jobs to the neighborhood, a much-needed community daycare facility, and 196 residential lofts — twenty percent of which will be offered at affordable rates for working families. Check out a video of the project above.
