Container only give you a structure that is not water tight, sound proof, heat abatement, etc. the steal structure is relative hard to work with for any penetrations and to seal any opening. is it for the riches or affordable? the rich tend not wanting to live in a container; the affordable can't self help on this very ridge structure. If you want a structure, still to be proof-en not, a wood frame or steel frame will go up very fast and provide a habitat that is still very livable. Nice investigation but channel your energy in different direction. This is only one person's opinion.
