The Strawberry Tree is a public solar charger for mobile devices invented by a group of students from the University of Belgrade [1]. Their invention was unveiled for the first time in Serbia in October of 2010, when it was installed in the ‘City Square’ in the center of Obrenovac, Serbia [2], where it still remains today. This technological giant uses solar panels to provide dependable energy, while also promoting the use of clean energy [3].
