		<description>I would like to congratulate the builder on his construction and craftsmanship. However, from a financial standpoint, the ongoing fee&#039;s that would be associated with this type of build would not be reasonable. Also, the non motorized aspect of this build would not allow it in many water locations since many marina&#039;s and docks are in communities that do not allow year round on board living or non motorized docking. What are the Coast guard ratings on this project?  Good work, but impractical.</description>
