Want to make sure your kid has the coolest costume on the block when you take them trick-or-treating? Then forget those conventional, store-bought Halloween costumes, and construct your own custom costume out of cardboard. It’s cheaper, more eco-friendly, and of course, it’ll be more fun. Making a cardboard costume can be pretty challenging, especially if you choose to go the more ambitious route to construct a full-body robot suit or a killer sea monster. But those projects aren’t for everyone. Click through to Inhabitots for some Halloween inspiration, and detailed instructions on how to put together a handful of cardboard costumes.
