Compostmodern 2011 [4] kicks off this weekend in San Francisco, so if you’ll be in the Bay Area don’t miss out on this must-attend event for anyone concerned with sustainability and the earth’s future. This year Compostmodern has assembled an unparalleled group of leading designers and design thinkers to speak about how individuals can transform products [5], industries and lives through sustainable design choices. The event will be hosting a number of workshops and talks, and the special guest speakers set for the conference include: Yves Behar [6], Bruce Mau [7], Scott Thomas [8], Jenifer Willig [9], and 14 other inspiring individuals impacting the field today.
