I see where there are "stairs" in one of the silos. This might work for many people - but there are many who will not be able to use stairs. The panapara games will be going on also - with thousands of people in wheelchairs and with other disabilities. How will they get up to the top of the silos? Has this been thought through? I guess I can see how the balloons could provide shade if its real sunny -- but, like I said earlier, I don't think they'll help much if it rains.

I see there are "stairs" inside one of the silos. I guess that will work for most people. Of course the panapara games are also occurring. How will the people in wheel chairs get up to the top? helicopter lifts? Has this really been thought through much?

Ugly. Its gray and gloomy underneath. What purpose does it serve to have floating balloons as a roof - that will not hold back any rain. Is this safe? What if some 40 kph winds come along. I could see the whole thing being uprooted and flying into the Atlantic. How do you get up to the top of the silos? Looks scary and messy to me. How will all of the vinyl be recycled after being used? Could be a big waste if not done properly.
