The Irish Government introduced a tax-levy of €0.15 ($0.22) on all plastic bags.. which rose to €0.22 ($0.32) in 2007. Al Gore is the worst model for sustainable energy, he does not practice what he preaches and An Inconvenient Truth showed nothing eco-naughts did not know.
