		<description>Actually I do Believe that Ireland was the first country to take a stance against the &quot;Plastic Bag&quot; in March 2002.
The Irish Government introduced a tax-levy of €0.15 ($0.22) on all plastic bags.. which rose to €0.22 ($0.32) in 2007.</description>

Al Gore is the worst model for sustainable energy, he does not practice what he preaches and An Inconvenient Truth showed nothing eco-naughts did not know. I wish I could get a Nobel prize for burning jet fuel, teaching the world about carbon emissions.</description>

		<description>Not to mention that the $100 laptop, which costs 200, only uses 18 watts of electricity on full power.  That&#039;s 1/3 of a single incandescent light bulb!</description>
