Artist Isabelle Daëron recently unveiled a rainwater-harvesting sky mirror at the 2015 Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Etienne. The installation consists of a rainwater harvester, a pipe, and a black reflector that mirrors the sky when rainwater collects on its hydrophobic surface. Topique-sky is constructed from durable materials including rubber, stainless steel, and polyethylene, and it provides a contemplative space to sit and reflect.
