Beautiful, but it is the last century.
Today already a great folly to build above 200-300 meters (especially in the vicinity of the airport). It is expensive to build, expensive and inconvenient for technical maintenance. ))
We live in a time when the rationality of implemented solutions must come out on top.
It is clear that saving energy and resources in the next 20-30 years will force tenants to seek more cost-effective spaces, and the owners of high-rise buildings will have to begin demolish the become unprofitable high-rise monsters.

I’m suddenly reminded of an old Far Side cartoon with a little old lady sitting in a rocking chair, talking to her friend and saying, “Yes, living in an all glass house does have its disadvantages, but you should see the birds smack it!”
