<description>The Chevy Spark Isn\&#039;t this just an Opel Agila!? In EU it has been around for quite some time, aswell as a lot of other very efficient cars. Dont want to be a prick, but since I moved to the states i was constantly amazed why there was not any smart small cars around, even if people wasn\&#039;t so concerned about the environment they sure where concerned about fuelprices even if it only was a third of the price in most European countries.
If any body would like more tips on small cars that are allready trafficking the streets today and has been for more than fifty years drop me a line...
How could it be that GM waited until 2010? After all they have been the owner to Opel for many years now?
I guess nobody really wonders why....they wanted the poor americans to consume as much oil as possible as long as possible........ and I gues they reckoned that bubble to have bursted now. In an environmental perspective I think GM has a lot to answer for and find it hard to understand how these GM execs can sleep at night.
