Like owning a pony, playing in a treehouse [1] is one of those childhood dreams that many urbanites just never get to fulfill – but if you’re going to be in NYC [2] this weekend, you can cross one of those of your list (hint: it isn’t the pony). We’ve been following artist Benjamin Jones’ awesome TreeHouse [1] made of reclaimed materials and are excited to announce that this upcoming Saturday, July 9th, he will be throwing a picnic and party for anyone who wants to come and help him paint it! And if you want to see more pics of this sweet arboreal lair (including ones of the sweet slide built into the side of it) check them out here [1].
