The TRIS Is a Stylish Chair Made from Recycled Roller Blinds

by , 05/19/11

TRIS Chair, reused roller blind chair, reused blinds, reused venetian blinds, reused materials, recycled materials, green chair, green furniture, eco furniture

Tenenbaum Hazan have come up with a way to take hard plastic roller blinds that have come to the end of their useful lives, and turn them into something new – a chair. The stylish TRIS seat is made up of a wooden closed contour that holds the old blinds together to create a useful new product. Since the piece is self-assembled, users can swap out the blinds for others too if they feel like a change.
