The Museum of Modern Art’s Midtown Manhattan Store has sprouted a vibrant, luminous tree, made from the “Candy” collection of Glide’s TwistTogether LED Blocks. This display undoubtedly proves that design possibilities are indeed fruitful when it comes to configuring the “Legos of the lighting world,” and that LED’s are truly efficient — the entire tree display uses as much energy as a 100-watt light bulb! This type of design gives us several bright ideas for how we’d like to incorporate colorful LED’s into our own homes!
