		<description>Having grown up on a farm and raised all of the major North American meat animals, as well as horses, I&#039;ve never understood why it&#039;s such a forbidden fruit.  Hogs are far more intelligent and anatomically closer to us.  If there were one common meat animal that I&#039;d think about removing from my diet for ethical reasons, that&#039;d be it.  

Horse is pretty good by the way.  A bit gamier than beef, but tasty if the chef knows what he&#039;s doing.</description>
