Although very few details have been given about this project, it is expected to cover 100 acres and house up to 40,000 residents. An international consortium of architects, V I D A will aspire to LEED-Gold certification. As part of this ambition, an attractive bike path and stream will unite the township’s clusters, creating plenty of green space. And finally, landscaping will be purposefully planted to reduce groundwater run off. V I D A is expected to see the project through to completion, which is currently slated for 2013.
