Although very few details have been given about this project, it is expected to cover 100 acres and house up to 40,000 residents. An international consortium of architects, V I D A will aspire to LEED-Gold certification. As part of this ambition, an attractive bike path and stream will unite the township’s clusters, creating plenty of green space. And finally, landscaping [2] will be purposefully planted to reduce groundwater run off. V I D A is expected to see the project through to completion, which is currently slated for 2013.
