If you came across cheese made from human breast milk – would you eat it? That’s exactly the question that was posed to passersby at Artist Miriam Simun’s “Lady Cheese Shop.” We were on the scene as the storefront/art exhibit at the Michael Mutt Gallery in the East Village in New York offered up actual cheese made from human breast milk.
