Last year, we reported on an exciting partnership between the Lincoln Reimagine Project, Architecture for Humanity, and Architectural Digest to transform a blighted San Francisco block into a vibrant pocket park–and we’re pleased to announce that the park is set to be unveiled this week! In honor of the official unveiling this Thursday, the designers put together a time-lapse video that captures the process behind the Portola mural, one of the key elements in the 1 Burrows Pocket Park. Created by local artist Jason Jagel, the mural portrays Portola neighborhood as a cheerful and thriving community through the use of bright colors and imagery symbolizing growth and diversity.
