So with your model, you can also create affordable housing for goldenboomers (no need to build wildly, let's use what we can first before we build new)that also becomes a cornerstone of the community. As a part of retirement senior volunteers are willing to help....hence an on site volunteer force that watches over the buildings, is getting fulfilment by helping and being a vital part of the community. A great idea...perhaps by exploring it more, we can come up with even more and exciting ideas..
