Wisdom Plaza is a shimmering office estate in Shenzhen that consists of 4 “block” volumes linked by a lush garden. Designed by MAPA, the unique-looking built complex allows for maximum flexibility in layout amid a landscaped environment. Large cantilevered balconies placed at the eastern and western facades provide shade against the sun, while also creating relaxing spots for employees to take their breaks. The levels are staggered from floor to floor and fitted with drop slabs that allow real soil for planting, filling the estate with lots of air-purifying plants.
