An entertainment village and a new restaurant will be located atop a retail bridge connecting separate parcels and will reference the adjacent Wuhan Tiandi Riverview Plaza. Office towers will be connected via sky bridges which, thanks to a void that opens up in the structure, allow natural light to reach the plaza below. This is expected to create a landscaping opportunity. One of the project’s most interesting features are organic farms that will be located atop the retail podium, and are expected to provide education on sustainability and organic gardening.
