Not sure if you’re eating healthy enough, getting enough exercise or catching enough Zs’?  Then turn to technology for some assistance. Launching later this year as sort of a one-up on the FitBit is “Up” by Jawbone, a new system that keeps you on the up and up on the most important aspects of your health. Developed by the mobile-technology company with Yves Béhar of Fuseproject, Up utilizes a small wristband-like monitor, a smartphone app to analyze data, and an open platform that can be tailored to your own needs.
