		<description>They need to make the whole jacket a solar cell using Thin Film solar cells versus sticking small flexible solar panels on the jacket. 

Once they get to a point where the fabric of the jacket is acutally made from solar cells, that is when I will buy a solar powered jacket.

		<description>There is actually usually more sunlight when it is cold then when it is hot.

Think about it.

When it is cold, there is a higher chance of there being snow, which sunlight reflects off of. 

If you are in England, this might not be true, since it rains a lot, which means more clouds. You gotta feel sorry for those Brits. :(</description>
