As cities sprawl outwards, there’s less land for farming but more people to feed. Inside warehouses, on top of rooftops, and even on small plots of land, urban farms are popping up all around the world, offering creative answers to the issue of food security. We rounded up seven very different projects to highlight the diversity of urban farms which are pursuing several approaches of how to feed a lot of people with little land.
