Palo is a humble artisan who applies old world techniques to design contemporary interiors that will give any home a special air of sophistication. We’ve showcased his work before, including a men’s only chest that has a curious secret hiding spot, and his signature butterfly joinery used to seal natural splits in the timber he harvests to build tables, cabinets, benches, and other unique pieces.

A devoted steward of the environment, Palo also enjoys experimenting with a range of materials. His designs include such detailing as brass and leather finishings, all of which add to a certain mystique that we’ve never been able to place over the years. It’s been some time since BKLYN Designs has run, so it’s particularly exciting that we get to see Palo again; he is bound to have some earth-friendly goodness up his sleeve.
