Ecuadorian family traditions add personality to Naula Workshop’s luxury furniture

Designer Angel Naula has brought his family’s long-standing tradition of designing and building custom furniture from his hometown of Cuenca, Ecuador to Brooklyn. As founder and creative director of Naula Workshop, Naula has fused the traditional furniture of his family’s practice with modern, sustainable design. His focus brings a singularity to each piece, creating furniture that is meant to look as good as it feels. The luxurious line will entice with plush upholstery at the upcoming BKLYN Designs furniture festival.
