Wax Rax handcrafts colorful storage racks for vinyl collectors

If you're one of those rare 21st century humans who still knows what a vinyl record is, keep reading. Artist, designer and metal fabricator David Stanavich handcrafts brilliant racks for storing and cataloging vinyl records like a pro. And it all happens at the Wax Rax studio in Brooklyn. Wax Rax are made from recycled aluminum, available in a variety of colors, and David also launched an aluminum 45 record adapter at BKLYN Designs.

Vinyl collectors can choose from a range of different colors, and if a rack on wheels isn't enough, Wax Rax also designs massive shelves. In addition to protecting your precious audio collection, these designs will also make them easier to access. Missing a favorite tune from 1966? These handcrafted storage solutions will make finding it so much easier than searching through a dusty pile.

And because this is industrial design at its finest, Stanavich uses solid anodized aluminum to ensure a high quality asset that will last a very long time. Let the music live on. And don't forget to stop by BKLYN Designs to check out these and other locally-brewed designs.
