Khrysalis and Kortex Lamp Beautifully Upcycles Wine Bottles by

The Khrysalis and Kortex Lamps by Jerry Kott is a beautiful pendant lamp that upcycles used wine bottles into beautiful pendant lighting fixtures. Each lamp is 17 inches in length and would be the perfect showpiece in an organic wine bar. Currently, the lamps are only available in pendant form, but the designer intends to expand his line to incorporate table lamps as well. Kott is also experimenting with 30 inch lamp lengths which would use a wide variety of different colored wine bottles to diversify his lineup of classy upcycled wino lamps.

This series is lovely and compelling, with the added caveat of upcycling. Love them!

dont you think..the glass bottles makes the lamp too heavy ..and so all the weight is transferred to the cord?
