Kokomo Ailand has all the amenities of a land-based luxury resort, including a spa, gym, beauty salons, swimming pooland garden areas. The penthouse deck is located 80 meters above the waterand incorporates two elevators and a glass-bottomed hot tub. Quick transfers are possible thanks to the helipad.

The design, showcased recently at the Monaco Yacht Show, is based on Migaloo’s proven technology and offers 360-degree views from the penthouse. It could also function as a company headquarters, casino or a lair for the ultimate Bond villain. In either case, the island would allow its owners to pretty much go anywhere they like.
