The fate of the iconic Old London Battersea Power Station on the bank of the River Thames has been under debate for a long time, but ArchTriumph is imploring inspired creatives to design a new Museum Of Architecture for the forlorn site. As a protected, historic site, newly proposed designs must preserve the four-chimney structure and all updates must respect the existing aesthetic. Architects, architecture graduates, architecture students, engineers, planners, designers, or inter-disciplinary teams (maximum of 4 professionals) comprising at least one architect are welcome to enter their innovative and bold ideas for the space. Register by July 19, 2012 to participate. Prizes of up to $18,000 will be awarded to the winning designs.
