Midori Yamamura leads a gallery conversation about MoMA’s current hit exhibit Talk to Me: Design and the Communication Between People and Objects. Curated by the design department’s Senior Curator Paola Antonelli, Talk to Me explores this new design landscape through the display of nearly 200 designs. Some, like the Rubik’s cube for the blind, are clever takes on classic objects while others, like the artificial biological clock, explore contemporary social issues with interactive technologies.
Lectures are free with Museum admission. Groups are limited to twenty-five. Group stickers are distributed ten minutes prior to each Gallery Talk. This event will take place in the Donald B. and Catherine C. Marron Atrium on the second floor.
