Bed-Stuy Farm Share

Changes yearly

Beginning in June and continuing for 20-22 weeks, Bed-Stuy Farm Share delivers fresh vegetables, fruit, and eggs straight from local farms to community members to pick up on Saturday mornings. Items available through the Farm Share change throughout the season as the produce changes, so patrons experience naturally occurring variety from farms across the region. Conuco Farm in New Platz, NY produces mostly heirloom vegetables that offer more variety and better taste than the mass-produced items found in a local grocery store. The fruit is grown by the family-run Wilklow Orchards in Highland, NY, and the crops include apples, plums, peaches, and often berries. Another family farm, Tello’s Green Farm in Red Hook, NY provide free range eggs.
