Happening upon Korzo, you might not expect it to be an eco-friendly establishment. Most places with a Central European theme will focus on regular artery-busting perogies and sausages. Korzo offers those, but with an eco-twist: organic meats and house-cured processes. The tasty Korzo organic burger has cheese, pickles, is wrapped in langos (an Hungarian bread), and then fried. Wash it all down with an organic beer. Otto, the owner, is a good man who will treat you well.
